2) Receive a custom school flyer via email within 24 hours to distribute (PTA members & students who made honor roll are eligible to receive 5 free ride tickets (to be picked up at event registration table & present proof [ie: PTA Membership card, StudentVue,etc]
3) Students, Parents & Teachers must visit the "VR Rocks" Photo Booth Tent & share it to Instagram and # their school. (ie: #virtualelementary)
The school with the highest number of postings will win!

on Monday, July 9th, 2018!
The "VR Rocks” Battle of the School's Contest (the "Contest") is open to full-time, employed School (as herein after defined), Kindergarten (K) through Twelfth (12th) Grade in the Commonwealth of Virginia. THIS CONTEST IS SPECIFICALLY VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF VIRGINIA. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN CONTEST AND IT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
As used in these contest rules, “School” means: (a) a publicly funded or private daytime school (b) that has education of individuals under college age as its primary purpose, (c) in which students attend on a full time basis, and (d) that is organized according to a grade or grades K-12, and maintained for a grade or grades, K-12. K-12” means kindergarten and grades 1 through 12. Proof of legal U.S. residency and proof of employment or affiliation with the school (K-12th grade) at time of entry and at time of prize award.
SELECTION OF WINNER:
There will be (1) winner per Contest Period ("the "Winner"). The selection of the Winner is final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of schools participating during Contest Period. Limit one (1) Prize ($1,500) and Virtual Reality Pizza Party ($5,000) per Winner.
Winner will be announced on Lux Events Instagram Page (@luxeventsva) on Monday, July 9th, 2018 and will be notified via email. In the event that the Winner does not respond to any such notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first such attempt, a disqualification may result and, at Lux Events discretion, an alternate Winner may be chosen from the Contestants with the next highest event posting total. Winner is subject to qualification by the Sponsor.
All Prizes must be spent or used within one (1) year from the date of award of Prize or otherwise the Prize or any remaining portion of the Prize is forfeited.
Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release, a general release, and/or other documents, including, but not limited to, tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, related to the Prize, including, but not limited to, any taxes and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All Prize(s) are awarded "As Is". Neither Lux Events, nor its Sponsors, nor any of Sponsor's Affiliates, nor Released Parties, make, nor are they in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize(s) including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or condition.
