Refund Policy

 

 

This No Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all services, participation fees, and event tickets provided by Lux Events LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. No Refunds

a. All payments made for our services, participation fees, and event tickets are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, booking fees, and final payments.

b. We do not provide refunds for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling of events, regardless of the reason.

2. Event Cancellation

a. In the event of a cancellation by the client, any payments made to us are non-refundable.

b. If we need to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, we will work with the client to reschedule the event at no additional cost. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation or postponement.

 

3. No Show

a. If the client fails to attend or participate in the scheduled event without prior notice, any payments made to us are non-refundable.

 

4. Exceptions

a. In certain circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider providing a credit or voucher for future services. Any such arrangement is subject to approval by us and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
